We started to show our property to the purchasers as they arrived early for the inspection but were relieved when Temika arrived to complete the process. Thank you again for everything so far. She kept me well informed with the progress of the house on the internet and with the enquiries she received. Rebecca rang me regularly and was always able to offer suggestions to help achieve a sale. I liked that she followed up with potential buyers, and promoted our home to others where possible. Her initial appraisal was very thorough and she was able to answer all my questions.
I would use B&H and Rebecca again and highly recommend the service to others. I do like the Flat Fee Option due to the money we saved but also being albe to speak with buyers proved beneficial. My only suggestion would be having brighter for sale signs.

Jodi worked tirelessly to find me a short list of properties to inspect, all which matched my selection criteria. These included both properties listed with B&H and other agencies. She coordinated the inspections perfectly to maximise my available time, and bingo ! found me a property I fell in love with straight away.
As it has been over 20 years since I had purchased a property, I was unfamiliar with the current procedure. So she answered a million silly questions and ensured all ran smoothly. And in the process found the vendor her dream unit too. Super Agent ? Without a doubt !

Jodi has always been polite and friendly and I felt Jodi shared a genuine happiness for us when the sale was finalised. Jodi was always prompt to return my call if she missed it the first time.
Only recommendation – have contact details on email correspondence, email signature. I kept having to look up Jodi’s mobile number.
